Just Listed Mailers: When we list a condo or co-op in a building, we send out "Just Listed Mailers" to the building's tenants. This strategy highlights our expertise and track record within the building, fostering trust and positioning us as the go-to listing agents. This approach has been particularly successful in luxury buildings like the Belaire on the Upper East Side.
Farming New Buildings: To penetrate new markets, we send a series of themed postcards to buildings where we aim to list properties. Each month, the theme varies, keeping the content fresh and engaging. This long-term strategy helps build awareness and interest over time. Once we secure a listing, we reinforce our presence with a "Just Listed Mailer."
Re-engaging Past Clients: For past clients who haven’t engaged with our newsletters or contacted us recently, we use direct mail to stay top of mind. These campaigns are personalized and designed to remind them of our ongoing services and expertise, encouraging them to re-engage with us.
