As part of our strategy to promote NewDevRev.com, the first and only real estate website focused solely on new development properties in New York City, we executed two impactful trade show events.
Event Participation: We attended the real estate convention at the Met's ballpark and The Real Deal convention in Midtown. These events were strategically chosen to create brand awareness and establish our authority in the niche market of new development properties.
Objectives and Outcomes: Our primary goal was to introduce NewDevRev.com to real estate professionals and potential clients, showcasing our unique value proposition. These events were successful in terms of initial exposure and networking, helping us connect with industry professionals and gather valuable feedback.
Key Learnings and Strategic Pivot: Despite the success, we realized that to maximize our reach and impact, we needed to target events that align more closely with the life stages of our potential clients. We observed that non-real estate conventions, such as wedding conventions and street fairs, provided better opportunities for direct interaction with our target audience.
Future Direction: Moving forward, our strategy will focus on participating in more diverse events where we can engage directly with potential clients rather than just industry professionals. This shift aims to increase brand recognition and drive higher engagement by meeting our audience in their everyday environments.
